“My family and I had a superlative experience with Charter Flight Group.
The flight wrangler was just a delight to work with – patient, friendly, and super-responsive. He did an excellent job of explaining aircraft options/considerations, and set us up with a great itinerary that was way more convenient than for any commercial flight we might have chosen.
We worked with the wrangler (Ellis by name) via phone, text and email, and enjoyed super fast, straightforward and comprehensive communication in all media.
The flight aspects were seamless. We got to the departure airstrip a little early, and the plane got there just a few minutes after we did! The head pilot came in to the terminal to meet us; he was very welcoming and did a great job of acquainting us with the plane’s passenger features. We departed right on time, and the flight itself was smooth and totally comfortable.
From start to finish, it was without a doubt the best flight experience that I and my family have ever had!”
