This was the first time I booked such a flight

“Yes I would recommend them, yes the price ended up being what was quoted. Dave in bookings was fantastic as was Matt in dispatch. There was an issue with the autopilot on the Hawker (that ended up a free upgrade in equipment from the Cessna Ultra) and there was a change in planes in Iowa (same type Hawker) the transfer went smoothly and only ended up adding about 30 minutes to the flight from Palm Springs (KPSP) to Bedford (KBED) MA. Matt kept me well informed. I first found them through a Google search. Checked them out through the FBOs in CA. I was a little fearful about wiring funds but after checking with their bank felt they were legit. This was the first time I booked such a flight. I did it to get a good friend on his last legs back to MA to see if the doctors here could offer better outlook and treatment. They were permanently relocating back and traveled with their 11 year old Lab. I did not see it as a pretty picture if they all had to go commercial and felt compelled to help them with the charter. Although a lot of money for me it meant the world to them and they had a very pleasant experience at a very emotional time in their lives. I am a private pilot (Pistons only) so I know a little about charter ops and these guys seem to find the best price to value from their systems. I had checked with others and none would commit a month in advance on a fixed price or level of equipment. You should feel comfortable doing business with them if my experience is their norm.”
